Classic Loft is a landmark loft in the middle of NoHo/SoHo/Greenwich Village with floor to ceiling windows that face a dramatic cast-iron building with a clock tower.
We have Southern exposure that creates reflected light all day long and our 2,400 square foot space, built in early 1800s, features original moldings, exposed pipes, a rolling ladder, and 13ft tin ceilings in the original pattern.
The loft has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a dramatic open kitchen and lives on one of NYC’s last cobblestone streets. It is adjacent to a perfect NYC alley with fire escape ladders down the side of the building.
The extremely versatile space can be used for almost any set, from Josh Duhamel's “bachelor pad” in Disney’s When in Rome, to a recent luxury car commercial (with the car shown inside the loft!) A wide variety of films, TV shows and commercial shoots have been held here over the years and the results are always wildly different and unique!
